Qualification:

• Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or related fields

Experience :

Must have

• 3-5 years’ experience of IT experience
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in handling any OS (Unix/Windows) /DB/Network.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall release management

Good to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Required Skills
  • 5+ Years of experience developing Microsoft .NET applications.
  • Proficient in C# programming language
  • Familiar with .NET and .NET Core Framework
  • Familiar with various web frameworks, such as ASP.NET MVC, Angular Js, React.
  • Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns.
  • Knowledge of database systems, such as SQL Server, Postgres, Raven DB.
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience developing unit tests.

Experience in any the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.

• Strong customer service and sales background in the BPO industry, preferably US accounts.
• Preferably a college degree or pursuit of one.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of solid Team lead experience in customer service, B2B/B2C sales, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Manage and oversee team activities, ensuring everyone meets the company and client's performance standards.

• Previous experience in lead generation is essential.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills required for a customer service environment.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree or current pursuit of one preferred.
• A Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, B2B/B2C sales, retail, hospitality, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and create opportunities consistently, following a prescribed methodology.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
