Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Operations, Communications/Marketing, Economics, Education preferred) RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
• Preferably with at least 2 years experience in Operations, preferably in the BPO industry
• Background in customer service, sales, marketing, and/or account management is an advantage
• Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices

COMPETENCIES:

• 10 years or more of experience developing and designing .NET applications 
• Proficient in evaluating architectural designs based on business requirements
• Experienced with .NET Core with an understanding of the underlying .NET processing pipeline and architecture 
• Ability to set coding standards and enforce them for a development team through code reviews 
• Preferred Skills: 
  • AWS serverless architecture experience

• Bachelor’s degree with professional experience with operating standard applications necessary ideally coming from the financial sector/services in a large IT operational set-up.
• Ideally 7 years of professional working experience supporting applications via Windows Operating Systems or Virtualization (VMWare, Citrix)
• Script writing and automation using PowerShell is very good to have
• Oracle reports, PL/SQL, XML/XSL are good to have
• Proven track record of quickly acquiring new skills
