• At least 2 years of experience in Billing operations and invoice processing, preferably with an Australian managed service or telecommunications provider background.
• Proficiency in Telco billing software, systems, and tools. Knowledgeable in using the Selcomm Application and Microsoft Dynamic is ideal.
• Ability to prioritize and able to meet tight deadlines
• Capacity to adapt to changes and readiness to be trained.

• Bachelor’s degree or College undergraduate of any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in insurance, financial, and healthcare industry.
• Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices.
• Knowledge of insurance investment business as an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Spontaneous or able to express thought freely.
• No issues reporting onsite.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst.
• Experience in credit underwriting.
• Experience in working with unsecured loans, packaged, or obtained via their credit card services.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools for business analysis (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and project management is preferred.

• 10 years or more of experience developing and designing .NET applications
• Proficient in evaluating architectural designs based on business requirements
• Experienced with .NET Core with an understanding of the underlying .NET processing pipeline and architecture
• Ability to set coding standards and enforce them for a development team through code reviews
• Knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.

•   Experience in test script creation, maintenance and execution using Selenium/any other automation tool/platform like Browser stack is a plus

•    Experience with Fiddler or Postman

•    Must be able to write SQL Queries

•    Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, RDBMS and MS Office

•    5+ years of Manual Black Box/Gray Box software testing experience

•    3+ years of Automation testing experience

•    Experience in Agile methodologies a plus
