• Senior-level; at least 8 years of professional experience in internal audits and compliance roles.
• Intensive experience working with ISO 27001:2013, PCI DSS, and GDPR compliances.
• Experience with Information security management system, Data Privacy, and business continuity management system
• Must have experience managing compliance team members.

• You will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support and help manage the relationship. 
• Provide L1- L3 support for resolving problems and issues that occur in the technical solutions and the system operations of client's software product and the underlying infrastructure at clients to provide convincing and timely solutions.
• Technical configuration maintenance and enhancement, and daily operations of technology platforms (including monitoring and troubleshooting)

• Strong skills within Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with Azure configuration tool stack (ARM templates, Bicep, Az CLI)
• Proficiency in working with Kubernetes, including cluster management, deployment, and orchestration
• Hands-on experience in working with modern CI/CD solutions
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles
• Experience deploying and configuring Windows OS and applications
• Familiarity with .NET framework
• Have a broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure automation in general

Qualifications:

Qualification & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on .NET technologies for at least 7 years.
• Should have experience developing responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with Oracle DB or MSSQL is mandatory.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Position requirements: 
Required Skills:

Candidates should have direct sales exposure and experience in IT services, handling large key accounts in the BFSI vertical.
Should be willing to travel extensively.
At least 6 years of experience in IT Services Sales.

• Proficiency in email marketing techniques, design principles, and industry best practices (preferred).
• Experience with email marketing software is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of email template design and competence in Adobe Photoshop or similar design software (desirable but not essential).
• Self-driven and capable of independently following email campaign requests, using provided assets to create captivating, well-designed emails.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
