Japanese Bilingual Helpdesk Translator (Dayshift)
- At least 6 months' work experience in customer support/technical support
- Experience in shipping, warehouse, parts order/creation delivery is a plus
- Good in oral and written Nihongo and English languages
- Familiar with CRM tools such as Oracle Service Cloud, GMD CRM, Zendesk etc.
- Must be able to monitor, escalate and translate
- With working knowledge with ticketing management
