• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management roles within the BPO industry.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, ensuring exceptional performance and results.
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English languages.

• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for roles such as but not limited to Software engineers, developers, QA analysts, DevOps Engineer, Network Engineer, etc.
• Full knowledge of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing and regular communication with candidates and hiring managers)
• Ability to mentor junior recruiters on best practices, etc.
• Has experience in analyzing demands, targets, and run rates.
• Strategic skills in utilizing mainstream and below-the-line sourcing channels.
