About the role: 

Eastvantage is seeking a highly skilled Proposal Writer & Sales Support Lead to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will play a critical role in creating compelling proposals, supporting our sales team, and ensuring the alignment of our corporate commercial strategy with our communication efforts within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. This position requires exceptional English language skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in producing high-quality proposals and sales support materials.

B) Main Responsibilities:

1. Proposal Development: Lead the development of high-quality, persuasive proposals, including commercial proposals and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, ensuring they effectively communicate Eastvantage's capabilities and solutions.

2. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing the necessary content and materials to support their efforts, including presentation decks, collateral, and documentation.

3. Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various mediums, including the Eastvantage website, social media campaigns, and corporate presentations, aligning them with the corporate commercial strategy.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Finance, to ensure alignment in sales-related processes and data. Interact constantly with our Subject Matter Experts to obtain the relevant content.

5. Strategy Implementation: Translate the corporate commercial strategy into daily communication that resonates with our target audience and supports sales objectives. Must have the skill and business acumen in developing a broader content strategy

6. AI Integration: Utilize the latest AI technologies and tools to enhance content creation, ensuring Eastvantage remains at the forefront of content development trends.

7. Document Production: Prepare and maintain documentation relevant to our services, processes, and BPO market insights, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

8. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content and proposals align with Eastvantage's brand guidelines and maintain a consistent and professional tone.

9. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to develop content and proposals that stand out in the BPO market.

10. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, coherence, grammar, and spelling to maintain a high standard of quality.

11. Document Management and Preparation: Assist the Sales Team in preparing, organizing, and managing various sales-related documents. Ensure documents are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company standards.

12. Database Maintenance and Administrative Files: Maintain and update relevant databases, administrative files, and records. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness for reporting and analysis. Organize and up-to-date repository of case studies, standard responses to RFPs, ensuring that they align with the current strategic direction and objectives set forth by the sales and marketing teams and other relevant stakeholders.

13. Workflow Management and Sales Support: Support sales development by ensuring streamlined workflows and effective administrative processes. Implement efficient processes to enhance the Business Development department's productivity.

14. Sales Records and Information Monitoring: Implement proper monitoring procedures for maintaining accurate sales records and information. Ensure data security and confidentiality in line with company policies.

15. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop actionable insights from sales-related data.

16. Training and Onboarding: Provide training and onboarding support to new sales team members on administrative processes, document management, and database usage.

17. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Sales Team.

18. Compliance and Data Security: Ensure all sales-related processes and data management activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Maintain data security and confidentiality standards in accordance with company guidelines.

Position requirements: 

Essential:

1. Education: Must be a graduate of BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a relevant related field

2. Exceptional English Skills: Native English speakers are preferred, and non-native speakers should demonstrate near-native proficiency.

3. Proven BPO Proposal Writing Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the BPO industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing past proposals and sales support materials.

4. Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, understand business objectives, and translate them into persuasive written content.

5. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with the latest AI technologies and tools used in content creation and proposal development.

6. Creative Writing: Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content for various platforms and purposes.

7. Research Skills: Proficient in conducting market research to create content and proposals that are relevant and competitive.

8. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support the sales team's efforts.

9. Attention to Detail: Meticulous proofreading and editing skills to ensure proposal and content accuracy and quality.

10. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
