US Technical Recruitment Specialist (2-3 years)

About the role: 
  • Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews
  • Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company web sites, etc.
  • Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building.
  • Recommend additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions
Position requirements: 
  • At least 2-3 years of extensive working experience in the related field
  • End-to-end US recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, job offer, negotiating, onboarding and closing of candidates.
  • Strong IT recruiting background and experience proven track record in placing/hiring candidates
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
