About the role:

  1. Recruit and identify suitable candidates from various sources
  2. Search available job boards, databases, and recruiter networks to identify highly qualified candidates
  3. Screen potential candidates by telephone to establish compatibility with minimum qualifications and to determine candidate interest
  4. Responsible for aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, and selection of security clearance qualified candidates for various job levels.
  5. Use various recruiting methods to advertise posts and publicize vacancies.
  6. Work closely with the onsite/offshore sales personnel for day-to-day updates
  7. Follow up with the candidate on resume feedback by the client Manage candidates from initial contact through placement in such a way as to establish a long-term relationship
  8. Set up consultant database for future requirements according to the skillset
Position requirements: 

Position requirements:

  1. At least a minimum of 6 months of extensive working experience in the related field
  2. End-to-end US recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, job offer, negotiating, onboarding, and closing of candidates.
  3. Good communication skills (voice recruiting for Canada and US markets).
  4. Strong non-IT or Blue-collar jobs such as construction workers, service laborers, warehouse staff, manufacturing, and admin staff, etc. Drives recruiting background and proven track record in placing/hiring candidates
  5. Who has worked for tech, marketing, finance, administration, customer management, and sales Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  6. Knowledgeable in using different job boards such as zip recruiter, career builder, LinkedIn etc
  7. Has basic knowledge of boolean search
  8. Experience in utilizing different Applicant Tracking Systems (ex: Jobdiva)
  9. Comfortable in performing at least 50-60 dials per day
