SLA Reporting Analyst | Permanent Remote Setup
- Collect and submit monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports and artifacts
- Prepare and submit SLA report cards
- Document all information pertaining to audit results including findings, opportunities, and observations
- Review reporting methods and procedures to improve the content and completeness of the information
- Perform quality review of data reports and artifacts to ensure the accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data
- Document processes and procedures
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- 2 or more years of experience in providing data/audit reporting
- Strong numeric and advanced analytics aptitude
- Must have an eye for detail and strong analytical ability; problem-solving abilities are a must
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and balance workload
- Effectively collaborate and coordinate with both onshore and offshore team members
- Strong computer skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Analytics, IT, or a related field)
- Experience with software testing
- 2 or more years of experience in providing PowerBI reports
