About the role: 

We are looking for an individual with hands-on experience and expertise in various HR

processes, to act as a key resource person in our HR department. This individual will help steer the department towards standardization and increased work efficiency, all while

boosting internal employee happiness through speed and quality of service. This position will

report to the Human Resources Head and has a high potential for growth for the identified

resource who will show the right skill and attitude.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Possesses a high degree of ownership, and pushes the envelope in terms of speed and quality of delivery; works with flexibility, and creativity and does not rely on detailed instructions to get things done
  • At least 7-8 years combined experience in the following areas: employee relations, onboarding/offboarding processes, compensation and benefits, files management, and overall HR compliance.
  • Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, C&B, Employee Labor Relations, & Accounts Management is preferred.
  • A highly effective doer who will inspire an already hard-working team to achieve more
  • A creative problem solver who can think of multiple ways around a problem
  • An individual with a high leadership potential and can demonstrate the same through work and ethic
  • Highly disciplined with an exceptional sense of accountability, and can organize & prioritize tasks according to criticality
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, superb time management skill
  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources or any related field.

  • Manage the timely and quality delivery of tickets (responding to employees, coordinating with operations, speaking with concerned parties that can assist in solving the employee concern)
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for statutory benefits administration
  • Processes HMO administration, including enrolments and cancellations, and billing reconciliation
  • Establish and maintain efficient processes for HR service delivery, reporting and monitoring
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, government mandatories, and resolving any issues that may arise
