SCRUM MASTER - ON SITE - NIGHTSHIFT
- Proven track record in the management of successful ICT projects and programmes ($5M - 20M+) for blue chip clients.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, management of business risk, time in a senior management role that required significant business execution.
- Extensive Experience in the delivery of programs using waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Strong and deep understanding of client business transition/transformation approaches to be able to represent these discussions in various internal/customer meetings.
- Experienced in forming new and enduring matrixes of teams focused on clear common objectives, client delivery and business results.
- Experience and proven ability to be perceptive in understanding explicit and implicit messages from both client and internal Executives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change management across and services environment.
- Ability to drive decision making to achieve project outcome for the Client and our organization.
- Worked in an IT Managed and outsourced Services environment.
- Proven experience in delivering process improvement initiative end to end.
- Ability to think strategically and forward plan.
- Experience in leading the planning and implementation of projects and programs.
- Experience in producing and communicating detailed project reporting.
- Experience in managing and mitigating project issues and risks.
- Strong references from previous employers and client sponsors.
