Sales Coordinator - Ortigas Pasig (Hybrid setup)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, and handling e-mails.
• Preparing quotations for clients
• Maintaining and managing CRM system.
• Preparing sales invoices, delivery receipts, and collection receipts.
• Managing calendars
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
• Check Collections with clients in Metro Manila
• Calling prospects
• Other tasks that will are required by management
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Nursing, Hospitality or equivalent.
• Preferably 2-5 Yrs experienced as an employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent position.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) and CRM system experience.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
• Must be able to work often alone in the office.
