Recruitment Sourcer (BGC) | For Pooling
- Own and drive resourcing delivery of multiple roles concurrently across multiple geographies
- Contacting and screening candidates via LinkedIn utilising Boolean Search and other Search methods with local job boards
- You’ll be a candidate ambassador, contacting passive candidates and helping convince them to join the company.
- Build and establish with the rest of the Recruitment Engine team a longer term pipeline which can be relied upon by the business and Front Line Recruiters
- Provide Front Line Recruiters a valuable advisory service, utilising data which we gather across the full recruitment life cycle
- Own various tasks around administration of recruitment services to the business and Front Line Recruiters
- Grow / develop into a super-user for our ATIS (Workday).
- A curious mindset, where you’ll want to develop yourself into a world-class recruitment searcher. We will take you all the way!
- Experience working in IT Recruitment or Financial Markets Recruitment either from an agency, or in-house
- Experience working with complex roles, such as Software Development, IT Infrastructure, Business Consultants
- Experience conducting recruitment search, and utilizing various techniques to find hard-to-fill profiles. You’ll have to multi-task constantly and manage your own workload in a high-paced environment.
- Any experience hiring in multiple locations would be preferred
- An interest in working with Workday to shape our Recruitment Service Delivery
- Strong collaboration skills
- A degree is preferred, however not essential
- Strong English language skills
