About the Role:

As the Business Partner for our organization, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations and ensuring that our team is delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary focus will be on people management, client management, and data analysis to drive performance, productivity, and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the organization, and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and recommend changes to business operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any operational issues, and ensuring that all client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data, including financial performance, productivity, quality, and efficiency, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity, quality, and efficiency, while reducing costs and increasing revenue.
  • Manage the development and implementation of processes, procedures, and systems to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and effective resolution of issues related to client management, data analysis, and people management.
  • Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and other communication materials to internal and external stakeholders on operational performance and progress toward goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and recommend changes to business operations.

 

Position requirements: 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an operations management role, with a focus on people management, client management, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies that drive productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • Experience in working with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to business operations.
