Marketing Technology Associate | FinTech
As our MarTech consultant you will be part of the Global MarTech team that is responsible for driving the innovation roadmap for our global MarTech systems, processes and reporting. Your main task will be to support the EMEA market unit with campaign execution, lead management and data quality related tasks. You will thereby play a crucial role in the technical execution of our local demand creation and ABM campaigns.
To be successful in this role, you need an analytical mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to support the team with hands-on system support. You like digging into the details of data and workflows, always test your work and are curious to find the root causes for potential data issues. Furthermore, you enjoy collaborating with your colleagues from the global MarTech team to improve and optimize our workflows and processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure local implementation of our global MarTech processes and workflows in EMEA market unit
- First-line market unit support for marketing related Salesforce and Pardot processes
- Lead conversion and MQL creation for LAND business
- Creation of Pardot emails and landing pages including testing, tracking and reporting in accordance with global MarTech guidelines
- Execution on CRM data quality and data enrichment initiatives
- Supporting EMEA events from a MarTech/ audience management perspective
- Being an active member of the global Martech HUB by attending recurring HUB calls, taking training sessions provided by global team and communicating HUB updates to the regional team
- Creating basic Salesforce reports/ dashboards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce solutions
- Prior business & marketing experience
- You have an analytical approach to assignments and a forensic mindset, meaning that you like to understand data into details.
- Tech savvy
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional and matrixed environment
- Enjoys learning and rapidly correlates new concepts to existing knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbal (in English)
