About the role: 

The marketing head is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness for the company. They manage a team of marketing professionals, collaborating with other departments to create effective campaigns and optimizing efforts based on market research and customer feedback. The marketing head reports to the CEO and is responsible for managing budgets and resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective campaigns and initiatives. Includes working closely with the Business Development team to optimize the conversion of leads and prospect lead growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Analyze customer behavior and preferences to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Position requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • B2B marketing experience, primarily in BPO companies and managed services providers
