About the role: 

We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic business development person to join our growing business development team. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns for TSC’s Atium platform for AI powered issue and stakeholder management. This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation, outbound telemarketing, working lead lists, cold emailing and Linkedin/Social Media outreach. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the Sales/Account Services team successful. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set processes and cadence for the Lead Generation Team
  • Setting, guiding and achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
  • Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
  • Effectively communicate and present TSC’s platforms and value proposition to prospects
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to senior management
Position requirements: 
  • Four (4) year degree and/or minimum of 5-7+ years of sales telemarketing experience in managing a team; preferably within a technology industry is required.
  • First-hand experience mapping email programs and lead flows.
  • A love of data and experience in analyzing marketing funnels, uncovering different growth opportunities, and determining various ways to meet them.
  • Experience working with other teams including, marketers, sales, creatives, analysts, and product managers.
  • An ability to holistically understand a marketing database and build strategies around it.
  • First-hand, in-depth experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels and experience with distribution strategies.
  • Experience with lead generation and marketing automation software including proficiency in HubSpot and Google Sheets/Docs is highly preferred
  • Experience with making data-driven decisions.
