Know Your Customer Specialist | Shifting Sched | Ortigas
- Onboard new clients and conduct customer due to diligence/enhanced due diligence reviews and research for clients, as part of the firm’s AML/CFT Compliance program;
- Conduct ongoing monitoring with various RegTech tools including name screening;
- Maintain and update various compliance control lists and logs;
- Assist in ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the supervisors;
- Successful candidates will be provided with on-the-job training, gain exposure to the client onboarding process and regulatory requirements, as well as develop an understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry
- Minimum of a B.A. degree;
- Excellent research and communication skills; fluency in English required. Ability in a second language would be advantageous;
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, diligent, and detail-oriented;
- Able to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards and ensuring effective time management;
- Familiarity with Microsoft office tools and other software;
- ACAMS or relevant certification;
- Enforcement/ regulatory/ regulatory liaison experience.
