Inbound Sales Representative (Inbound & Outbound Sales Calls)
- Generate sales by managing and processing a high volume of inbound sales calls and provide the requested information, including product and service material, deals, and promotions– NO COLD CALLING!
- Assisting customers with selling their vehicle
- Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Negotiating and finalizing deals
- Make outbound calls to follow up with existing customer
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's College Degree in any field.
- At least one year of sales experience and/or equivalent transferrable skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Customer-focused for positive customer sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to HAVE FUN and make money while doing it!
