About the role: 

Performance Management & Rewards:

  • Support employees and managers in the annual compensation and performance review process, offering procedural guidance where needed and advising on best practice when setting SMART objectives
  • Assist employees and managers in creation of annual development plans offering ongoing support where needed
  • Support the HR Director, business unit and Compensation & Benefits team with the annual salary review process, collating and analysing reward data for global consolidation
  • Explain and guide employees in how pay and reward fits and supports overall people processes and activities such as performance management
  • Analyse Rewards and Benefit programmes and identify any potential anomalies with respect to local legislation

Compliance & Employee Relations:

  • Support and be involved in, disciplinary, capability and grievance investigations and meetings
  • Maintain awareness of development and changes to local legislative regulations and with the support of the lead for APAC Human Resources, ensure that all local policies and procedures meet requirements and are also communicated to employees and managers as appropriate

Talent Management (Acquisition, Development & Retention):

  • In partnership with our local HR Consultant, undertake on-boarding and off-boarding programs for all managers and employees to ensure an excellent employee experience
  • Assist with employee retention initiatives such as employee engagement survey feedback sessions
  • Support in all global mobility practices within the business unit taking on responsibility for local immigration matters
  • Support different HR Centres of Excellence (CoE) with execution of global initiatives

Data Management & Analytics:

  • Analyse and harness employee data and analytics to aid business unit decision making when it comes to people practices

General HR Administration:

  • In partnership with our HR Consultant, prepare accurate correspondence to employees, managers and stakeholders and ensure Workday records are kept updated in a timely manner
