Freight/Logistics Customer Service Representative (E-Commerce Account)

About the role: 
  • Must have CSR Experience with a background in eBay or any e-commerce account. 
  • Must have excellent communication and written skills.
  • Must be familiar with the B2B process. 
  • Must be highly experienced in Excel.

It will be vital that the candidates possess the following attributes:
- excellent written and spoken English (will eventually speak to clients)
- great customer service skills
- fast and accurate data entry skills to create consignments
- ability to think independently (ie identify errors in data and flag issues with shipments etc)
- ideally has some experience in freight, but not essential


Position requirements: 
  • Must be highly experienced with Excel at an advanced level – knowledge of macros/formulas is a MUST, must be able to use advanced data analysis tools, automate workbook operations and effectively use complex functions. 
  • Excellent computer skills with a competency in the Microsoft Office programs’
  • Sound data entry skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff, and customers
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and have great time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to ‘think outside the square’
  • Customer-focused and data-driven
