We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engagement Lead to champion our company culture, foster employee engagement, and build strong client relationships. As the Engagement Lead, you will be instrumental in driving a positive workplace environment, creating and executing employee engagement activities, and ensuring that our clients' needs are understood and met. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultural Leadership: Lead and drive our company culture initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop, plan, and execute engaging activities and programs that enhance employee satisfaction and foster a sense of belonging.
  • Client Relationship Building: Act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, forging strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and expectations.
  • Communication Expertise: Be a strong communicator, both internally and externally, ensuring that messages are clear and that bridges are built between different stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Address employee concerns and challenges, providing guidance and solutions to improve overall job satisfaction.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and client projects.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including team members, to ensure that client and employee engagement activities are effectively executed.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Continuously assess and measure employee satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records of employee engagement activities, client interactions, and project plans.
Position requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Atleast 5 years of proven experience in employee engagement, client relationship management, or a related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to bridge gaps and build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Empathy and a passion for driving a positive workplace culture.
  • Experience in BPO / RPO industry is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., HR certification) are a plus.
