Digital Form Designer | WFH
Eastvantage is seeking a Digital Form Designer who will be responsible for designing and creating aesthetically appealing and user-friendly digital forms for our customers. As a Digital Form Designer, you will collaborate closely with our implementation team to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our product and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create new digital forms using Hyland OnBase, as well as perform edits and updates to existing forms.
- Maintain accurate records of form design requests and project status using Asana or similar project management tools.
- Ensure that form layouts are intuitive and user-friendly, incorporating text boxes, checkboxes, and required fields as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand customer needs and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Proficiency with word documents, image files, and pdfs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work methodically, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills and proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma is a plus.
