Position requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have excellent communications skills
  • at least 6 months of experience in the insurance industry and customer support experience HOWEVER it can be waived if you have an excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
  • Knowledge of insurance investment business as an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
