About the role: 
  • Proactively reach out and nurture relationships with your most important customers, developing long term partnerships
  • Use our in-house tool to support our customers
  • Present analysis and insights to our customers to help drive adoption
  • Display strong project management skills to onboard new clients effectively
  • Be the face of the company to our clients and the voice of our clients internally, championing their causes
  • Demonstrate effective prioritization of tasks when handling multiple issues
  • After some training, be able to debug smaller issues independently
  • Work together with an international team and across departments Provide training and establish best practice benchmarks with your clients
  • Identify risks and opportunities within your client base
  • Contribute to developing our culture as we grow!

Work Set-up:

  • Permanent and full-time employment
  • Nightshift schedule: 11pm to 8am (Manila Time)
  • On-site (BGC / Ortigas)
Position requirements: 

Position requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and online.
  • Unafraid to learn about new technology and how to use it.
  • Works well in a team.
  • Organized, proactive, and self-driven.
  • Able to juggle multiple ongoing tasks.
  • Have experience in direct handling of customers.
  • Able to control the direction of meetings to guide customers through the path to success.
  • Strategic thinker that has the will to empower change.
  • Plus points if you have experience working in a SAAS company!
  • Extra plus points if you have knowledge of JS APIs
