About the role: 
  • Interact with customers and immediately get the context of the concern and/or request
  • Ability to switch effortlessly between channels (phone/video call, email, live chat, co-browsing,and social media) and be the single point of contact for all enquiries
  • Research all the possible ways to provide solutions and quickly come up with a solution
  • Cases that are highly technical or requires decision making, the representative should be able to escalate to the appropriate teams and ensure resolution of the case
  • Performed administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling any changes in the policy
  • Ensures all compliance requirements are satisfied
  • Meet and maintain daily and monthly service level standards

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in insurance industry and customer support experience
  • Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
  • Knowledge of insurance investment business an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
