About the role: 
  • High-quality, go-getter business development leader who is excellent at building and maintaining relationships and is able to provide true value in a sophisticated and flexible solution environment.
  • Consultative solution-selling, providing solutions to complex prospect/client issues that drive mutually positive business outcomes.
  • Work cohesively with business development, marketing, and operations team to mapped campaigns and co-own responsibility of driving successful business growth
  • Support all stages of the sales process (Pre & Post), maintain solutions control, and guide internal teams to collaborate by pulling together all critical & key pieces of the solution to meet or exceed client requirements and sales targets.
Position requirements: 
  • Experience prioritizing, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experiences in managing CRM platforms, project management tools, building processes, and systems for scale
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing a pool of new and existing accounts 
  • Business acumen as pricing and proposal development and contract development
  • Excellent communication skills including strong negotiation skills and interpersonal relationship development with experience in building relationships with C-levels and Senior Management Executives
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to uphold high standards of excellence
  • Needs to be flexible, pragmatic, strategic, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
  • Knowledge of sales rep KPIs / conversion metric

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development
  • At least 3-year experience as Business Development Manager preferably with Business Development experience in BPO companies 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or management
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working experience with sales techniques
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and pricing
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
