About the role: 

 

  • Answer and resolve any questions and/or complaints that customers have regarding their policy with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide information to potential new customers who have questions regarding the products and services.
  • Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Position requirements: 
  • 2+ years’ experience in the customer support experience
  • 2+ years’ Experience in social media management
  • A background in the insurance industry
  • Familiar with Omnichannel CRM systems and practices
  • Knowledge of insurance investment business an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
