Appointment Setter/Leads Generation Specialist (1-3 years)
Appointment setters are responsible for cold calling prospective clients which are mostly C-level employees. They are able to gauge prospective clients; interest levels and proceed as necessary. They are very aggressive when it comes to their telesales goals; being able to generate their own sales leads.
- Appointment setters also use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to entertain any questions or reschedule meetings as needed.
- Appointment setters keep accurate records of each conversation with prospective clients about the products and services being offered whether clients are interested or not.

● Proven experience of at least 1-3 years as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
● Must have a background in selling technical products.
● Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
● Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
● Has excellent phone etiquette and is computer literate.
● Professional and has a courteous disposition.
● Must be persuasive and results-oriented.
● Must have an aggressive drive to succeed.
