About the role: 

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Partner to join our team. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of direct reportees, maximizing client relationships, and driving the prioritization of business requirements and roadmap. You will be expected to take small to large, company-wide, high-demand programs/projects from conceptualization through final implementation and go-live, as well as communicate and collaborate with all areas affected by the program/project including cross-functional partners, business sponsors, and vendors. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and scaling business operations by understanding operational issues and opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan and assign daily work to direct reportees and manage their performance
  • Review and manage operational reports such as client scorecards and metrics management
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and maximize outputs
  • Implement best practices across direct accounts
  • Manage and take ownership of small to large, company-wide, high-demand programs/projects from conceptualization through final implementation and go-live
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, business sponsors, and vendors to ensure successful program/project delivery
  • Drive prioritization of business requirements and roadmap
  • Own the program schedule, task assignments, and lead schedule progress
  • Become a trusted partner with the business and accepted into the business team’s inner circle of influence
  • Understand operational issues and opportunities (business processes) and help drive technical solutions to scale business operations and ensure compliance
Position requirements: 
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRM and/or consulting implementation in a BPO environment
  • Experience working on account/client management and sales-related projects (e.g. e-commerce, quoting and ordering systems, pipeline management)
  • Must have worked on large transformational Tech, Business Support, and CRM projects
  • Experience in managing people and client relationships
  • Deep knowledge and thorough understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel
  • Proven experience in running multiple large programs/projects in an enterprise environment
