PHP Support Engineer
Our client's main product is a customer-centric software for sponsorship and grant management. Based on an exclusive core technology, they empower organisations in every aspect of their impact making, whether they are active on grantmaking, community investment, or sponsorship.
- Support Engineer will be integrated into the CS team and will be reporting to the client (or development team) for technical topics.
- The Support Engineer will not be in direct contact with customers but rather help our CS agents in their tasks, especially for implementations.
Someone with technical skills capable of supporting our Customer Success team.
Technical Skills Required:
- With TWIG knowledge is a plus.
- Knowing Java / Tomcat is a great asset
