Provide overall support to the Finance Team in the generation and analysis of timely and accurate financial reports and schedules.
- Assist in the data entry, processing, and recording of financial transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare necessary adjusting entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgeting.
- Verify correctness of financial transactions in accordance with company procedures and policies.
- Assist in the audit process by providing auditor’s requirements.
- Checks accuracy of tax returns and schedules.
- Provide support in ensuring compliance with the internal controls and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent), CPA is an advantage
- At least one year of related accounting experience, fresh graduates are also welcome with high scholastical records
- Proficient in MS Excel or worksheet applications
- Analytical and organized with high attention to details
- Ability to multi-task and produce accurate work within timeframes
- Proactive and a team player
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; effectively communicate with internal and external parties
- Other duties as assigned
