Customer Support Representative (Live Chat, Email, & Phone)
We are looking for experienced agents that will be able to:
- Have professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues (this is applying also for live chat, tickets, emails, websites inquiries)
- Maintain records of transactions and interactions
- Do appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
- Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
