About the role: 

Our client has an extensive experience with supporting the customer service for established companies in the field of energy supply as well as insurance and financial services within Europe.

As a CSR, you will be assisting customers in billing concerns and related issues/inquiries. 

Position requirements: 
  • At least Vocational / Diploma Short Course certificate in any field
  • At least 1 year experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Above average English communication skills 
  • Highly analytical
  • Applicants that can start immediately have an advantage 
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig
