- Providing professional and timely customer service via our customer experience IT Platform
- Proactively responding and managing all live customer enquiries via our customer experience IT platform
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the company’s products and policies to customers.
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure brand trust and gold standard experience
- Managing all replacements and exchanges in our inventory management system.
- Managing all refunds, exchanges on our e-commerce platform, and organizing refunds via relevant payment gateway
- Previous experience with customer service call centre roles or administrative role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic approach to tasks
- Ability to multitask and a high level of organisation
- Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Admirable personal presentation skills.
