AU Mortgage Support | BGC, Taguig
- Communicating with broker and client for document collection
- FLEX administration & managing the database integrity and rules
- Project management from time to time as required
- Assisting at maintaining the general tidiness of the office
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls
- Assisting Owners customers with various customer service, application and post settlement activities
- Compile documents for customer files
- Provide customer with timely and periodic status updates of their loan application if required
- Ensuring lender submissions are of a high standard, packaged correctly and compliant with company and lender policy
- Other duties as assigned
- With at least 2-3 years experience in Customer Service, Finance and/or Broker
- Has the ability to work under pressure and under minimal supervision
- Has excellent communication skills and with an outgoing personality, confidence, and leadership skills
