Lead LMS Project

  • Assume a lead role in implementing the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful execution of the LMS project.

Training Needs Analysis

  • Partner with HR and operations teams to conduct thorough training needs analyses at individual, team, and enterprise levels.
  • Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes in alignment with best practices.

Design and Develop Training Programs

  • Leverage expertise in Talent Development, Talent Management, Leadership Training, and Behavioral Training to design and develop impactful training modules.
  • Innovate and create new training content that addresses identified needs while adhering to industry best practices.

Leadership Training

  • Conduct leadership training sessions for managers and leaders, focusing on enhancing their skills and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Vendor Coordination

  • Collaborate with external vendors to source high-quality training materials and resources.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure the delivery of effective and relevant training solutions.

LMS Content Management

  • Take ownership of uploading and organizing training materials within the Learning Management System.
  • Ensure the LMS is user-friendly and accessible for all employees.

Program Structure and Measurement

  • Develop a structured framework for the Learning and Development (L&D) program, including rational scorecards and measurable metrics.
  • Implement scientific measurement mechanisms to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.

Talent Management and Succession Planning

  • Collaborate with HR to identify key talents and contribute to the development and implementation of succession plans.
  • Integrate talent management strategies into L&D initiatives to nurture and retain high-potential employees.

Career Development

  • Design and deliver career development programs that align with organizational goals and empower employees to reach their full potential.
  • Provide guidance on career paths and opportunities for skill enhancement.

Continuous Improvement

  • Track and measure the success of the L&D program, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance learning and development initiatives continually.
Position requirements: 

Background

  • Proven experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, Leadership Training, and Behavioral Training.
  • Familiarity with organizational development is a valuable asset.

Skills

  • Strong PPT design skills; experience with instructional design tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and work independently.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial role, preferably with a focus on global mid-large size organizations.
  • Previous exposure to other HR functions is a plus.
